P.I.T.: Primitive Intense Training
Taught by our expert training staff, The P.I.T. is a strength-focused training session reinforcing primitive, functional movement patterns while utilizing bodyweight, kettlebells and other unique implements to deliver a workout like nothing you've ever experienced.

Prepare to crank up the music, intensity, and your heart rate with amazing               cycling classes taught by the best in the business. 

No Class? No Problem!


In our Open Gym time, there will be a cardio workout and a strength training workout for you to choose from, designed by a trainer, that   you can do at your leisure. A trainer will be available to answer   questions so you can work through the circuit safely.  


Get ready for a challenge!


Taught by a               personal trainer, this workout includes a 15-20 minute HIIT interval, followed by a weight lifting circuit to keep your body guessing!

Join our expert personal trainers as they break down the ins and outs of training with kettlebells, optimizing your form for maximum results!
