No Class? No Problem!
In our Open Gym time, there will be a cardio workout and a strength training workout for you to choose from, designed by a trainer, that you can do at your leisure. A trainer will be available to answer questions so you can work through the circuit safely.

Taught by a personal trainer, this workout includes a 15-20 minute HIIT interval, followed by a weight lifting circuit to keep your body guessing!
