Prepare to crank up the music, intensity, and your heart rate with amazing               cycling classes taught by the best in the business. 

No equipment? No problem. All you need is 40 minutes, a mat, and a strong will to live! Enjoy high intensity intervals and core work - right in your living room!

 

Get ready for something different! Train your legs like a dancer with Christina's at-home Barre workouts.  This class is packed every week and gets rave reviews. Available on-demand on Fridays!

Strength and HIIT combine for 45 minutes of heart-pounding work in our most popular class on the schedule.  This class is available on-demand on Saturdays.
