Here at ONE we designed a new class schedule to give you more classes and more challenges. We have incorporated new classes like METCON45, PIT+HIIT, Round ONE, and for all you cycling addicts out there, we now have an afternoon class on Sunday just for you! We have 45 different classes offered throughout the week to give you a ton of variety and tons of opportunities to make sure you can fit in your favorite class to your busy and hectic schedule.
On top of a new and improved schedule, we have a deal that you just can’t miss out on. Any new member can get two weeks of unlimited classes for just $39! Crazy right? We thought so too, but here at ONE we have many different instructors with many different creative programming ideas for their classes and simply giving you one or two classes will truly not give the ONE experience. We want you have every opportunity to take as many classes as you can to find out what works best for you!

Our cycling classes are high energy and tons of fun! Cycling at ONE is all about adding some rhythm to your ride. We use the beat of the music to set the pace, making kicking it in gear that much more energizing. Cycling offers a challenging workout centered on an AMAZING playlist! (make sure to sign up for these in advance, they fill FAST!)
