The Murph has become the go-to Memorial Day workout among gyms and fitness enthusiasts all across America.

The workout itself was developed by LT. Michael P. Murphy, a fallen Navy SEAL who willingly gave his life in order to save the lives of his fellow soldiers. His bravery awarded him the Medal of Honor.

This Memorial Day our #fitfam will join in the Murph Challenge, along with thousands of others across the country, to remember those who have sacrificed their lives so that we may enjoy the freedoms we have as American citizens.

What is the Murph workout? [Don't worry - we will break it up to make it appropriately challenging for everyone and able to be scaled for all clients]
