Our Spartan SGX Certified Coach Caleb will take you through an intense training program that will prepare you for your race. Whether this is your first time to run through mud or you are a gritty veteran, our SGX program will meet you where you are and carry you to where you want to be. The training is functional, which benefits your race performance as well as your day-to-day life.
Spartan SGX training also allows you to join a small community all with the same goal. As you meet with the same people week after week, a bond is sure to form as you collectively train towards a common goal.
Join us on fitness "field trips" as well. We often visit local parks for trail runs, climbing gyms to work on grip strength, or similar areas to provide you with a comprehensive training program.
